‘PadMan’ Star Akshay Kumar Reveals the Reason Behind His Bald Look

Akshay Kumar comes clean about his shaved head.

With PadMan slated to release on January 25 and with the Karan Johar production, ‘Kesari’, a period drama based on the 1897's historic Battle of Saragarhi waiting in the wings, Akshay Kumar is a busy man.

While promoting PadMan at the grand finale of Bigg Boss Season 11, his public appearance became a talking point because of his buzz cut.

Rumours were rife that he shaved his head for a hair weave. While talking to a TV channel, he put the speculation to rest.

“...It was getting uncomfortable to don a huge turban for Kesari and a tonsured head provides some respite from a sweaty head.”
