The Rakesh Sharma biopic titled Saare Jahan Se Achcha has been facing a lot of trouble of late trying to finalise its lead actor. Aamir Khan was the first one to be offered the role, but he had recommended Shah Rukh Khan. After writer Anjum Rajabali confirmed Shah Rukh’s exit as well, Uri actor and sensation Vicky Kaushal now seems to be the next choice for the role.
Vicky Kaushal did not deny the news, but told Bollywood Hungama that an official announcement of the film will soon be made and one needs to wait for it.
Vicky Kaushal is still basking in the glory of his latest blockbuster hit Uri: The Surgical Strike. He has been appreciated for his roles in Sanju, Manmarziyaan and Love Per Square Foot. Next on his cards is the Udham Singh biopic.
