There’s a strong buzz that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are getting married early next week in Italy. The couple, who has been dating for quite a while now, is apparently all set to tie the knot in a three-day wedding from 11-13 December.
Virat Kohli has reportedly applied for a visa for the upcoming South Africa tour - which begins on 30 December - for his “wife”. This has led to the speculation that the couple would be married this month itself.
Anushka's representative has however, denied the rumours. "There is absolutely no truth to it (rumours of marriage)," the actor's spokesperson told PTI.
India are slated to travel to South Africa at the end of this month for the big Test series. The first warm-up game starts on the 30th of December. Just this month, we have seen Virat Kohli complain of a packed schedule of the Indian team following which he has been rested for the upcoming home ODI and T20 series against Sri Lanka that starts on 10 December.
