As the world wakes up to the news of the sad demise of legendary actor, Sridevi, her “daughter” from across the border reacts.
Sridevi’s co-star, Sajal Ali, who played her daughter in the film Mom reacted to the news of the actor’s sad demise. Incidentally, while filming for Mom, Sajal Ali had lost her own mother and it was Sridevi who had comforted her.
Sridevi had a specially recorded message for Sajal after the completion of Mom, that left not only the recipients of the message in tears, but Sridevi herself.

While filming for Mom, Sajal happened to meet Sridevi’s daughter, Jhanvi, and she termed her a “sister from another mother”.
