Actor Sonam Kapoor wished her younger sister, Rhea Kapoor, also the youngest of veteran actor Anil Kapoor’s children, with the cutest throwback post.
The two sisters, who share a very close bond, have often taken to social media to upload appreciation posts about one another. In her birthday post, which she shared along with a picture of her feeding a baby Rhea cake on a past birthday, Sonam wrote: “Dear Rheebee... happy happy birthday my darling sister. You’re my best friend, soulmate and partner. No one compares to you and your love for all of us. Hope this year you kill it with love, life and making the most epic movies.”
Rhea’s parents, Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor also took to Instagram to wish their youngest daughter, who they called ‘boss woman’ and ‘princess’, on her special day.
Rhea’s rumoured long-time boyfriend, filmmaker and producer Karan Boolani also took to Instagram to post a sweet message for her on her birthday.
Cousin Janhvi Kapoor also wished her older sister Rhea in an Instagram story, with a caption saying: “I love you”.
Rhea, who turned 32, also shared a birthday post for herself on Instagram.
“This year I wanna wish myself a happy birthday and hope that I never stop trying to be better. I hope that I remember that no matter how independent I try to be or prove I am I always miss my parents like hell. I hope my curiosity and ambition defeats my laziness and doubt...I hope I’m smart enough not to be oversmart and never ever take myself too seriously. Happy Birthday to me,” she said.
Rhea made her debut as a producer with Veere Di Wedding, starring Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.
