Baahulbali actress Anushka Shetty is all set to shoot for her next film Silence, and if reports are to be believed, it will be Rana Daggubati and not Prabhas, who will be playing cameo in the same.
The film features R Madhavan as the main lead opposite Anushka, after the duo worked together in the Tamil film Rendu. According to reports, the producers of the film had approached Baahubali lead, Prabhas first, but since the actor is busy shooting for Sujeeth’s Saaho and Jaan, he turned down the roll, following which they reached out to Rana.
Rana is currently wrapping up shoot for Prabhu Solomon’s Haathi Mere Saathi.
Anushka, Prabhas and Rana all starred together in Baahubali and have all worked together in various films, since.
Silence will be directed by maker of Vastadu Naa Raju - Hemant Madhukar and will reportedly feature Hollywood actor Michael Madsen from Kill Bill.
