Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, who are set to get married in Jodhpur in a few days, had a pre-wedding party with a group of friends including filmmaker Srishti Behl Arya, writer Mushtaq Sheikh and PC’s cousin and fellow actor Parineeti Chopra at a snazzy Juhu establishment on Monday night. Nick’s brother Joe Jonas and his fiancee Game of Thrones actor Sophie Turner were also present.
However the celebration was interrupted when cops arrived to say that they had received complaints from residents in the area. Reportedly fans and paparazzi had crowded the area and created a ruckus.
A police official told Mumbai Mirror that they asked the restaurant authorities to comply to local timing guidelines and wrap it up by 1:30 AM.
Priyanka and Nick’s pre-wedding festivities began earlier this week as they hosted Joe, Sophie, Parineeti and Alia Bhatt for an intimate dinner on 26 November.
On Wednesday morning, a small puja kicked off the official rites. The main event is set to take place on 2 December at Umaid Bhawan.
