Shweta Bachchan Nanda had featured in a photoshoot for Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla in 1997, and the designer duo shared the photographs recently. One of them shows Shweta pregnant with Navya Naveli, and it was brought to the latter’s attention. Abu and Sandeep also revealed that Navya was born four days after the photoshoot took place.
Navya responded by saying, “OMG! Ya, Four days later.”
Apart from this photo, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla also shared some from Shweta’s wedding album. “1997: The Bride wore White! Shweta Bachchan exudes pristine grace in a spectacular floral veil and ornaments at her mehendi dressed in exquisitely intricate chikankari. A pathbreaking ensemble which made the statement that white is absolutely auspicious”, they wrote.
Two other photos were also shared, one showing Shweta decked out as a bride and the other wherein Abhishek Bachchan holds his sister’s hand.
Shweta Bachchan married businessman Nikhil Nanda in February 1997 and Navya Naveli was born in December. Navya’s brother Agastya was born in 2000.
