1. Wow! Salman Khan to Produce the New Season of Kapil Sharma’s Show
TV comedian-actor Kapil Sharma is all set to come back on the small screen after a hiatus with another season of The Kapil Sharma Show. And as it turns out, Salman Khan’s production house would be powering the hugely popular show.
According to Mid-Day, Kapil Sharma used to produce his own shows earlier. But this time, Bhai would be banking on him. Shoot for the new season would begin on 16 December and a set is being in Film City at the moment. Read more here.
2. Salman, Jacqueline & Others at Arpita Khan’s Diwali Bash
It’s festive season for India and party time for B-Town what with all the parties thrown by Bollywood’s A-listers. Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Arbaaz Khan and Georgia Andriani, Jacqueline Fernandez and Sonakshi Sinha were in attendance amongst others at Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma’s Diwali bash.
Dressed in their best, Sara Ali Khan, Kajol, Disha Patani and others also took to social media to wish their fans a Happy Diwali. Karan Johar has already thrown two parties! Shah Rukh Khan’s Diwali party saw the creme de la creme of Bollywood in attendance.

It’s the festive season and you know who throws the best parties in B-Town - Karan Johar. The vivacious man exemplifying flamboyance in tinsel threw yet another Diwali bash. 4. Chris ‘Thor’ Hemsworth Is in India: Wishes Us Happy Diwali
Chris Hemsworth, the Australian actor famous for playing the God of Thunder in Avengers: Infinity War, Thor is in India for the filming of his upcoming Netflix film Dhaka.
Looks like Chris is enjoying the festivities too. He took to Instagram to wish everyone a Happy Diwali with co-actor Randeep Hooda.
He even shared the video of him chomping on the edible Thor hammer that was gifted to him.

5. Surveen Chawla Announces her Pregnancy
Actor Surveen Chawla, who surprised everyone a few months ago by revealing that she has been married for two years, is now expecting her first child. Announcing the news of her pregnancy, the actor who has graduated from television to films, on Thursday took to Instagram and wrote: "Life happens when it chooses to happen, when it wants to happen. And it is happening right now in this very moment, making our blessed and beautiful world even more blessed than what it already is!
"Yes, there is a miracle taking place, a miracle called life. And we are growing by two little teeny-weeny feet!" The message was accompanied by a photograph with her businessman husband Akshay Thakker. After garnering visibility with TV show Kahiin Toh Hoga and Kaajjal, Surveen has featured in films like Hate Story 2, Ugly and Parched. She has also done Punjabi movies.
