Kartik Aaryan captured the imagination of many after his no-holds-barred monologue in Pyar Ka Punchnaama. But his latest film, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety seems to have catapulted him to stardom. His film having stormed the box office, the man has been busy choosing other projects and prepping for All Stars Football Club (ASFC) match in Singapore.
At one of these practice sessions at St. Andrews Ground, Bandra, Aaryan hurt himself and ended up with a dislocated toe, confining him to bed for a week. He would be forced to withdraw from the charitable match studded with other Bollywood stars on 22 April
“Though the injury is not too severe, he has been advised by the doctor not to exert himself. As a result, it won’t be possible for Kartik to be part of the football match in Singapore.”Kartik Aaryan’s spokesperson told Mid Day.
The match that will see the likes of Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Shoojit Sircar and Shashank Khaitan competing with Singapore stars like Rafi Ali, Lim Tong Hai and actors Randall Tan, Andew Lua and Timothy Nga, is set to be held at Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore.
