Kapil Sharma took to Instagram to thank fans for their good wishes following the birth of his daughter. “ Today on our first anniversary me and Ginni take an opportunity to thank all of you for all the love and blessings you have showered on us and our little one. Can’t thank god enough for blessing us with the best gift of our life. Truly grateful,” he wrote in a note.
On 9 December, Kapil Sharma took to Twitter to announce the birth of his child. He tweeted, “Blessed to have a baby girl need ur blessings love u all jai mata di.”
He and his wife Ginni Chatrath are also celebrating their first wedding anniversary, having tied the knot in a traditional ceremony in Jalandhar, Punjab, on 12 December last year. The couple held a reception for family and friends in Amritsar. This was followed by a star-studded one in Mumbai that was attended by Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Karan Johar, Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Saina Nehwal and others.
