On the 14th episode of Watch What Happens Live, Kim Kardashian spilled the beans on whether or not she and hubby Kanye are ‘working on another baby’, when host Andy Cohen asked. She replied with a very affirmative, ‘we are’. Since then, we've been trying to find out everything we can about the latest baby Kardashian.
During the same episode, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star expressed that she wanted to confirm the news herself because she actually couldn't remember who she had already talked to about it during the family’s Christmas Eve party. She said, "I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and I told some people. I can't remember who I told because I never get drunk."
It’s a Boy and He is Arriving via Surrogate
Kim Kardashian confirmed that her fourth child is a boy and that he will take birth via surrogate. It isn’t the same surrogate, however, who delivered her daughter Chicago because she was already pregnant and Kim’s doctor recommended that she use a surrogate for any additional kids after she delivered North and Saint.
He is Due in May - That Means VERY SOON!
This is exactly how she feels about the timing. She told the New York Times, “I am frantically trying to get the room ready. It’s madness, but the best madness.”
One of the Kids Spilled the Beans
The eldest sister, North, got so excited about the arrival of her baby brother that she told all her friends about it. Kim revealed this cute little piece of information on the season 16 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kim found out from a mom at school that North was telling other kids that she finally has a baby brother, so Saint won’t bother her anymore!

This Will Probably be Their Last Child
According to E! Kimye has one embryo left and it worked out perfectly, since apparently, Kim has always wanted to have four kids and having two boys and two girls just feels perfect to her as their family would round out at a happy six.
Yes, They May Have Chosen a Name Already
We don’t know if this will be the final name or not - but Kim’s apparently feeling her brother’s and late father’s name, Rob. But she isn’t sure yet.
