There have been many rumours doing the rounds about Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s upcoming nuptials. As it turns out, they may not be without merit. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the couple is all set to tie the knot at the end of this year.
Ranveer and Deepika’s respective parents - Jagjit Singh and Anju Bhavnani, along with Prakash and Ujjala Padukone - sat down and discussed the wedding details right after the release of their film, Padmaavat in January. Along with blessings from the parents, Deepika was also reportedly gifted a Sabyasachi saree.
The families have reportedly zeroed in on four dates between September and December for the wedding and are hunting for a suitable destination in India as well as abroad.
The report also says that Deepika has already started her wedding trousseau shopping with her younger sister, Anisha. The traditional Hindu wedding ceremony is expected to be a private affair with close friends and family.
According to reports, Deepika is yet to decide the designer she’ll be wearing for her big day.
