Trust Amitabh Bachchan to beat others when it comes to topical tweets. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the megastar posted pictures of his wife Jaya Bachchan, daughter Shweta Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai and grand-daughters Navya Naveli and Aaradhya Bachchan on social media as his ‘personal commendation’ and an ‘ode to women’.
Bachchan had earlier shared the picture of Aaradhya and Navya on Instagram to herald the new year with the caption: "Daughters be the best ... granddaughters the bestest .. Navya Naveli and Aaradhya." Big B has been very articulate on social media when it comes to expressing his admiration for the women in his family.
In a previous tweet, he advocated equal healthcare and education for women.
