Ayesha Takia, if you remember, rose to stardom primarily through music videos. She got noticed and made her Bollywood debut with the immensely forgettable Taarzan: The Wonder Car. Quite a slew of similar films later, her career peaked when she starred alongside Salman Khan in Wanted. Then she took a break for a few years.
She seems keen to be back in the game again and has chosen to take the beaten track. Takia is making a comeback with a single Zindagi Yeh Zindagi, which will tell a story in the old-fashioned way through the song instead of just zooming on to dancing women. She took to social media to share her look in the single:
Composed by Raaj Aashoo and sung by Amit Mishra, the video has been directed by Lovely Singh. The teaser of the song points towards a kidnapped young girl and Takia’s attempts to save her. Check out the teaser here:
