Actor Arjun Kapoor sat down with The Quint to talk about his latest release, Singham Again, his life and career, how he takes care of his mental health, and much more.

Speaking about the person who has had the most influence in his life, the actor said, “My mom, in all walks of life - in the way I conduct myself, the way I think, the wearing of the heart on my sleeve. My father is also a very emotional person; he's someone who is very out there. He's got a larger-than-life personality. But if you're talking about my value system and influences, it's because my mother, my sister, and I spend a lot of time together. We are a unit that was interconnected in many more ways because of the circumstances that were created.”

Kapoor, who played Danger Lanka, in Singham Again, had earlier talked about dealing with mild depression while shooting for the film.

Speaking about the same, Kapoor told The Quint, “Doing this film is the best thing that could've happened to me because I could be on set and set is home.”

“When you're going through this beat of uncertainty about how you're going to feel when you wake up in the morning or through the course of the day you might have a slump, your energy levels go down. Take a break,” he added.

Arjun Kapoor went on to talk about his experience with therapy, facing insecurity as an actor, his casting in Singham Again and more.
