Putting together a hush-hush, intimate, destination wedding in an international location for the country’s favourite couple can be no mean feat.
As social media went berserk trying to hunt down the pictures of actor Anushka Sharma and cricketer, Virat Kohli’s wedding that took place on December 11 in Tuscany, Shaadi Squad, the official wedding planner and Devika Narain, the wedding designer basked in the glory of the unforgettable event they had pulled off.
The newlyweds took to social media to express their gratitude to this dream team.
As per some newspaper reports, the wedding of the year was a year in planning. The keepers of Anushka and Virat’s secret, this special task force also comprised husband, photographer Joseph Radhik (owner of Stories By Joseph Radhik). Devika was involved in consulting, styling and designing the wedding, planning the menu and conceiving the entertainment ideas and wedding gifts.
Anushka's family came back to Mumbai on Thursday as more celebrations will follow suit- the Mumbai reception on December 26 and a reception in Virat's hometown Delhi on December 21.
