When the birthday girl is Sr. Bacchan’s granddaughter, the celebrations are bound be grand. Aaradhya, the daughter of actors, Abhishek Bacchan and Aishwarya Rai turns 6 today and her grandfather gives her the best gift - the gift of words and a proclamation of love.
Amitabh Bacchan may seem happy that Aaradhya has grown up but he also seems a tad wistful about time flying by.
He also took to his blog to extend his personal gratitude to the fans who designed greetings for her and to express himself, “The eve of the birth of the little one .. the blessing of her in our home and in our presence .. and to be in celebration for her 6th .. When she shall tell us how much she has grown .. its actually 6 years but its 60 for most of us .. !!! hahahaa .. !! Her presence makes the happiness in our home and in the environ she presents herself in .. as ever .. bright and sprightly and one of maturity beyond .. And the love of them that gave her to us ..”
Aaradhya is too small to appreciate how lucky she is about having one of the most admired icons fawning over her but like Bacchan suggests in his blog, the birthday girl is perhaps wiser than her age!
