‘Brahmastra’ Stars Ranbir & Alia, Back to the Grind in Israel

Alia and Ranbir are back to work, in Israel for their upcoming project ‘Brahmastra’.

Vacations are short-lived when it comes to stars. The festive season is over and Alia Bhatt who was giving us serious vacay goals a few days ago is back to work. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia, who will be seen on screen for the first time as a pair Brahmastra, were spotted posing with fans in Israel.

They are in the country for the first instalment of Ayan Mukerji’s directorial, a fantasy adventure trilogy.

Many firsts are associated with this film. Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, it also reportedly stars Amitabh Bachchan.

“It’s a modern-day film set in India as it exists today. But the reason it’s called Brahmastra is because the energies, wisdom, powers in the film come from ancient India. That’s all I would say. There are some costumes, may be not the way you’d expect them to be,”

Ayan Mukerji had earlier told a newspaper.

Brahmastra will reportedly hit the theatres on August 15, 2019.
