It’s a Girl for Asin and Rahul, Announces Akshay Kumar on Twitter

Akshay Kumar takes to Twitter to welcome Asin Thottumkal and Rahul Sharma’s baby girl.

“It’s a girl,” announced Akshay Kumar for his friends Asin and her husband Rahul Sharma.

Ghajini actor Asin and her husband were blessed with their first baby on Tuesday morning and an excited Akshay Kumar couldn’t wait to share the picture with the fans out there.

Akshay Kumar, who is friends with both Asin and Rahul, played the role of cupid for the two. They tied the knot last year on 19 January in a Christian ceremony followed by Hindu rituals in Delhi. Though, the couple kept their pregnancy a low profile affair, Rahul issued a statement for the fans out there after welcoming their little angel. Asin celebrates her birthday on 26 October and is delighted to have her bundle of joy in her arms before her birthday.
