Two of the most entertaining actors of Bollywood, Ayushmann Khurrana and Akshay Kumar, engaged in a friendly banter on Monday, leaving their fans in splits. Soon after Akshay released his song ‘Bala’ from Housefull 4 where he is seen as a bald man, Ayushmann posted a video of him and his team performing to the song.
As Khurrana too has a movie coming up named Bala, where he’ll be seen suffering from premature balding, he captioned the video, “Bala ko pukara #Bala aa gaya! Best of luck @akshaykumar sir. Hum bhi jald aa rahe hain. #DineshVijan @amarkaushik @bhumipednekar @yamigautam @nowitsabhi.”
Loving the fun video, Akshay too didn’t stop and replied to it with a video of his, saying, “All the best from one Bala to another. Aap jald aayein, hum aagaye hai. All best brother and see you soon.”
Looks like Ayushmann has competition now, with Akshay’s character Bala, and even with Sunny Singh’s upcoming film Ujda Chaman also dealing with the subject of premature balding. Hence, he’s leaving no opportunity to promote Bala.
Akshay Kumar released the song on Monday, and it is named Shaitaan Ka Saala. Composed and sung by Sohail Sen and penned by director Farhad Samji, the video shows Akshay as the bald king dancing alongside a group of girls, as he hails himself as the devil’s relative. While the number is catchy, it samples the 2013 Tony Montana song Bala. The hook like for the song is exactly like the 2013 track.
