The full trailer for one of the most awaited films of 2019, Sonchiriya, is out. The new movie from Udta Punjab and Ishqiya filmmaker Abhishek Chaubey film stars Sushant Singh Rajput in an ensemble cast along with Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana among others.
The film is set in 1975 in the Chambal region and follows a group of rebel dacoits who cross paths with violent policemen and other colourful characters. The trailer promises a gritty action drama full of intrigue, betrayal and revenge along with Chaubey’s twisted sense of humour. It features Sushant Singh Rajput in a very different role from his usual clean-cut characters.
