On Anaita Shroff Adajania’s chat show, Sonam Kapoor was her unabashed self. Undaunted by some difficult questions, she went on to speak up about Kangana Ranaut, her co-stars she would love to ‘mentally murder’ and more.
When she was asked about who she considers a troublemaker, she named Kangana Ranaut who is known to have stirred up the hornet’s nest with her comments on nepotism.
“She wants to break the glass ceiling and you need to be a troublemaker to do that. Not a trouble maker, but someone who stirs the pot. She does it in the most incredible way, so kudos to her.”Sonam Kapoor
Apart from her scathing take on nepotism, the Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, actor has been in the news lately for earning the reputation of a meddler in the name of lending creative inputs and "hijacking films". The director of her upcoming film recently left the project midway and Kangana allegedly assumed his role.
As for the first question, Sonam named Shahid Kapoor and Ayushmann Khurrana, as her co-stars she’d like to figuratively murder. “I think it was a competition between Shahid (Kapoor) and Ayushmann (Khurrana), who takes longer to do their hair,” said Kangana.
