Box Office: Satyameva Jayate Marks Strong Opening Weekend Total

Will the Milap Zaveri film strike gold at the box office?

John Abraham-starrer Satyameva Jayate opened big at the box office. Releasing on Independence Day, the Milap Milan Zaveri film also stars Manoj Bajpayee, and Aisha Sharma.

While Satyameva Jayate raked in Rs 20.52 crore on day one and is doing great business on single screens, it saw a big dip on day 2 making Rs 7.92 crore. The collections on Friday, Saturday and Sunday were respectively 9.18 cr, 9.03 cr and 10.26 cr bringing the total amount to Rs 56.91 cr.
