After donning a lean avatar in Gully Boy, Ranveer Singh is now sinking his teeth in his role as an inspector for Rohit Shetty’s Simmba and ‘putting on some muscle mass’.
The actor will don the hat of cop Sangram Bhalerao and is undergoing rigorous training for the part. His fitness trainer Lloyd Stevens took to social media to post a picture and give us a glimpse into Ranveer’s prep and transformation for Simmba.

Ranveer is definitely in beast mode for the film. Ranveer is geared up to take on the role of the whacky cop with a beefed up physique. His new avatar as Singham also sees him sporting Sangram Bhalerao’s handlebar moustache.
Simmba is the official remake of the Jr NTR and Kajal Agarwal starrer, Temper. The film also stars Sara Ali Khan and is bankrolled by Dharma Productions. It is set to hit theatres on 28 December.
