It seems to be the age of biopics with Paresh Rawal at the centre of it. While Rawal essays the role of veteran actor Sunil Dutt in the Sanjay Dutt biopic - Sanju, The Indian Express recently reported that Rawal will also be portraying Prime Minister Narendra Modi in an untitled project. While not a lot is known about this biopic, Rawal did mention that this would be his most challenging role to date.
“We are just locking the script and hopefully it will finish soon, and we will begin to shoot it in September or October. It will be a hugely challenging role.”Paresh Rawal to The Indian Express
Paresh Rawal, who is a BJP leader and a Member of Parliament himself will reportedly also be producing this biopic. Rawal is not new to biopics as he had essayed the role of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel the 1994 production, Sardar.
