The much-awaited trailer of Shoojit Sircar’s film, October is out, and this summer release promises a winter love story. Shrouded in mystery, the trailer declares that - ‘this is not a love story’ but is a ‘story about love’ as Varun Dhawan - tries to figure out why a colleague of his, who’s now in the ICU, was enquiring about him. Very soon the action shifts from the metropolis to a picturesque hill station where love probably kicks in between Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu.
Very unlike any of Varun Dhawan’s previous outings, there is a lot of expectations from October also because this is Shoojit’s first outing after the delightful Piku.

October is a Rising Sun Films & Kino Works' production, written by Juhi Chaturvedi, directed by Shoojit Sircar and starring Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu in lead roles. The movie is slated to release on 13 April 2018.
