The trailer for Salman Khan production Notebook is out. Set in Kashmir, the film stars debutants Pranutan and Zaheer Iqbal. Pranutan plays a teacher in a small school who leaves to get married. Zaheer arrives as her replacement and finds himself falling in love with her after discovering an old notebook of hers.

Notebook has been directed by Nitin Kakkar and produced by Salman Khan Films in association with Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde of Cine1 Studios. Pranutan is the daughter of actor Mohnish Bahl and granddaughter of yesteryear actor Nutan. Zaheer Iqbal is the son of builder Iqbal Ratnasi who is Salman’s childhood friend.
The film releases on 29 March.
