The trailer to Paan Singh Tomar director Tigmanshu Dhulia’s next has released. Starring Ali Fazal and Shraddha Srinath, Milan Talkies is a love story set in Uttar Pradesh. It follows the tale of a young man who works in the projection room at a single screen cinema and dreams of becoming the “biggest film director in the country”. Trouble ensues when he falls in love with a girl whose relatives happen to be goons determined to keep them apart and it’s a film that helps them stay together.

Milan Talkies has been backed by Filmy Keeda Productions and PS Chhatwal in association with Om Prakash Bhatt. It also stars Sikander Kher, Ashutosh Rana and Sanjay Mishra. The film hits theatres on 15 March.
