A leading Bollywood actor has accused actor Aditya Pancholi of drugging, raping and blackmailing her in 2004-2005 when she was trying to make her way through the film industry. She has alleged that Pancholi used to spike her drinks, rape and take pictures of her, which he later used to blackmail her. In her complaint to the police, she has said that she even paid Rs 50 lakh out of the Rs 1 crore he had demanded from her.
The Quint spoke to Aditya Pancholi’s lawyer, Prashant Patil, who says that she has filed a rape case against his client only as a counter blast to the orders from the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate in the defamation case Pancholi filed in October 2017. Watch the video to find out more.
