Fire Breaks out on Sets of SRK’s ‘Zero’ in Mumbai’s Film City

SRK was on set at the time but no injuries have been reported.

A fire has been reported on the sets of Aanand L Rai’s upcoming Zero starring Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai Film City, according to news agency Press Trust of India, with quotes from the Mumbai Police.

First reports suggest Shah Rukh Khan was present on set at the time of the incident but is safe and unharmed. Five fire engines have been rushed to the Goregaon location to control the blaze. No injuries are reported as of now.

Zero film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma and has been directed by Aanand L Rai. The story follows Bauaa Singh, a vertically challenged man who falls in love with a superstar. It features guest appearances by several stars, most notably Salman Khan and Sridevi, which also happens to be her last celluloid appearance before her death in February this year.

The film is set to release on December 21.
