Just why do we love Anushka Sharma so darn much?
Yes, she’s the rank outsider who made it big. Yes, she’s the fresh-faced newcomer of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi who managed to hold her own even beside a certain Mr Shah Rukh Khan. Yes, she speaks uninhibitedly on feminism, the wage gap in Bollywood and how the “male stars always get better hotel rooms” (what a revelation). And yes, she’s the other half of the adorable couple we love: Virushka.
But most of all, we love her ‘coz she’s relatable, real and sassy.
