Akshay Kumar has signed a three-film deal with Fox Star Studios in partnership with his home production company Cape of Good Films. The first of these will be Mission Mangal, which will be directed by Jagan Shakti and co-produced by Padman director R Balki.
Commenting on the partnership, Akshay said, “I am looking forward to creating a collaboration that will deliver a meaningful and entertaining cinematic experience. With our combined energies we hope to create content that not only excites but also empowers.”

Shooting for Mission Mangal is expected to begin this November.
