Gauhar Khan was slapped by a “member of the audience” on the sets of a reality TV show in 2014. She was shooting for India’s Raw Star when she was slapped by man called Akil Malik for wearing short dresses in spite of being a Muslim woman. Akil Malik later gave interviews to different media houses saying Gauhar had paid him to slap her and had even promised him a role in the film!

Love And Loss In Public

Gauhar Khan and TV actor Kushal Tandon famously fell in love on reality TV show Bigg Boss 7. Gauhar went on to win the show and love blossomed between the two - for about an year. Kushal shared the news of their breakup over social media, where the two have been intermittently fighting ever since.
