The annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS gala has always been a big highlight for the glitterati present at Cannes. Though Abhishek & Aishwarya Rai Bachchan represent India at the red carpet event every year, this year she sparkled all by herself. Abhishek Bachchan reportedly gave the event a miss due to prior work commitments. But he did tweet to make up for it.
Aishwarya chose a lovely lavendar Elie Saab gown for the gala. Her subtle make up and elegant jewellery completed her look for the evening.
