Yes, that’s exactly what Ranveer Allahbadia is suggesting. In a video that’s going viral on social media at the moment, the popular fitness and life coach decoded Aamir Khan’s Dangal body to prove - almost beyond doubt - that the star has used steroids to achieve those rippling muscles.
Allahbadia asserts that the video has no intention of maligning Aamir Khan - he is himself a fan - but it’s important to get the message across so a young 13-year-old doesn’t end up using steroids and harming their bodies beyond repair. From pointing out how even an Akshay Kumar, after years dedicated to fitness, doesn’t have that sort of a bulked up body to how impossible it is to naturally amass those muscles at the age of 51, Allahbadia has got an important message for sure.

Interestingly, at the launch of the Dangal fitness video, Aamir shared that he worked out for six hours or more a day - something no one should normally do. Also, he injured himself during the shoot and his doctors asked him to refrain from working out so as to let it heal. But Aamir insisted they inject his back with painkillers instead, so he could continue filming.
“As long as I don’t feel it, it’s fine,” Aamir had said.
