Aamir Khan Is Making A Difference To Drought-Ravaged Maharashtra

Earlier this year, Aamir Khan had announced the Paani Foundation, a water-conservation initiative which aims to eliminate drought from Maharashtra. The actor and his wife Kiran Rao organised the first Satyamev Jayte Water Cup Awards 2016 function in Mumbai on Monday. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, along with Aamir’s colleagues from the industry, attended the function. The initiative has tasted success already in three talukas in Maharashtra.
