Back in March, The Quint had an interesting encounter with Om Swami, one of Bigg Boss’ new contestants.
Swami was outside the National Green Tribunal, listening to an interview The Quint was conducting with environmental activist Vimlendu Jha. Inside the tribunal, the bench had just heard Art of Living’s case to hold its World Culture Festival on the banks of the Yamuna River.
As Jha explained to The Quint why the Yamuna floodplain is an ecologically sensitive zone, Swami began to interject. He had a few choice words for Jha, who he called “anti-national” and accused of being an CIA agent.

Swami later slapped a woman on television. So if you’re looking for drama during this season of Bigg Boss, you probably won’t be disappointed.
