Raghav Chadha Moves Delhi HC Over Ramesh Bidhuri’s Nomination

“He has concealed FIR pending against him. Concealment of a criminal case is serious offence,” Chadha tweeted.

AAP's South Delhi Lok Sabha candidate Raghav Chadha has filed a writ petition on Saturday, 27 April, seeking disqualification of his challenger and BJP’s candidate from South Delhi Ramesh Bidhuri from the poll fight in Delhi. Chadha, in his writ petition, has challenged the decision of the Returning Officer for accepting nomination papers of Bidhuri despite concealment of important facts.

Have moved Delhi High Court today seeking disqualification of @rameshbidhuri as a candidate. He has concealed FIR pending against him. Concealment of a criminal case is serious offence & am sure his nomination will be rejected as soon as Court looks into the matter.
