The Madhya Pradesh government, on Tuesday, 21 May, is planning to reopen an old murder case against BJP candidate Pragya Singh Thakur, a day after exit polls predicted a victory for her from the Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency.
The Congress-led government in the state will seek a legal opinion on reopening the murder case of ex-RSS pracharak Sunil Joshi, in which Pragya Singh was acquitted, the state Law Minister PC Sharma said.
