AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan, Supporters Booked for 'Assaulting' Man

Aam Aadmi Party's Okhla MLA Amanatullah Khan and his supporters were booked for allegedly assaulting and threatening a man in Jamia Nagar here, police said Monday.

A complaint was received from a man alleging that AAP supporters assaulted him because he was not supporting Khan and the party, a senior police officer said.

Speaking to the media, Tamil Nadu Minister K.T. Rajendra Balaji said, "Kamal Haasan's tongue should be cut off for his remarks on Hindu terror."

"He made these remarks to gain votes of minorities. We can't blame entire community for act of an individual. The EC should take action against the actor and ban his party," Balaji added.
