Bihar Union Min Violates EC’s Model Code, Misbehaves With Officer

Minister Ashwini Choubey’s convoy was stopped because it had more cars than allowed by the Model Code of Conduct.

Union Minister from Bihar, Ashwini Kumar Choubey, has been caught on camera violating the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and misbehaving with Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) KK Upadhyay in the state’s Buxar district.

This was after the SDM stopped the minister’s convoy as it had more cars than the number allowed by the MCC.
