Imtiaz Ali Will Announce the Name of Anushka-SRK-Starrer Soon

And the film will clash with ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’.

Tentatively called The Ring, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s upcoming film directed by Imtiaz Ali, has been untitled for quite sometime now. However, at the screening of Richa Chadda’s debut production Khoon Ali Chithi, Imtiaz cleared the air surrounding the film.

The name of the film is not yet decided, we have some time. August 11... The film is going to release. So we will announce the name very soon.

According to Times of India, Imtiaz also rubbished rumours of insecurities about a clash with the Akshay Kumar-starrer Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.

There are only 52 weeks in a year and some of them have been taken away by other things and of course, there are more than 52 films. So, clashes are not a big deal.

Reconfirming the release date for the film, trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter:
