Vidya Balan’s Bold First Look in & as ‘Begum Jaan’

‘Begum Jaan’ also stars Gauhar Khan.

The first look of Vidya Balan starrer, Begum Jaan is out. And Vidya Balan looks every inch the part. Begum Jaan is the Hindi adaptation of Mukherji’s Bengali film, Rajkahini, a brothel’s madam in Punjab set against the backdrop of India’s partition in 1947.

Begum Jaan is directed by Srijit Mukerjee. It has been shot in different parts of Delhi and Bihar. Vidya’s look has been designed by Rick Roy.

Begum Jaan releases on 14 April.
