Dr. Viji B

Dr. Viji B is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, with 12 years of teaching and research experience. His research interests include health economics, labor and migration economics, and development economics, with a focus on healthcare expenditure, the economic burden of disease, productivity loss, healthcare access, and socio-economic development. He has supervised one PhD scholar to completion, is currently guiding two more, and also serves as the Campus Internship Coordinator and Custodian of the Examinations Office at the Bangalore Bannerghatta Road Campus.
