Cleofato Almeida Coutinho

Cleofato Coutinho is an advocate and Assistant Professor at GR Kare College of Law, and has been teaching constitutional law since 1989. He is known for his work in civil and criminal law, and has also held judicial roles, including president of the South Goa Advocates Association.
