Apar Gupta is a lawyer and digital rights advocate, Co-founder and Founder Director of the Internet Freedom Foundation (IFF). A practicing advocate at the Delhi Bar, he has led landmark litigation on free speech, surveillance, and data protection. An Ashoka Fellow, he authored the authoritative commentary on India’s IT Act and regularly writes and lectures on law, technology, and democracy
