Big day for Rishabh Pant today - scored 111 to guide India into semis of the U-19 World Cup. That’s of course apart from his big pay day of Rs 1.9 cr in the IPL auction.

Delhi Daredevils’ TA Sekhar says they had budgeted Rs 10 cr for the young bowler. They got him for Rs 8.5 cr instead.
Remember he’s the player who was the surprise inclusion in India’s team for the series vs Sri Lanka as well as the WT20 and the Asia Cup as well.

With a base price of Rs 2 crore, and a day after being selected in India’s World T20 squad, Yuvraj is expected to attract a heavy bidding war. Remember, he was the biggest buy in the last two auctions, going to Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Delhi Daredevils.
Some of the lesser known names who could find franchises interested in them are Bangladesh left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman (Base Price Rs 50 lakh), who has enjoyed a lot of success against India, and stockily built Delhi wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant (BP Rs 10 lakh), who recently hit the headlines with the fastest 50 in the U-19 World Cup.
