A video showing a raft with five people traversing a river before upturning is being shared on social media.
The claim: Those sharing this clip have claimed that it shows an accident in Uttarakhand's Rishikesh, which is a popular destination for rafting.
How did we find out the truth?: We ran a reverse image search on the clip with the help of Google Lens, which led us to a flipped version of the same video on YouTube.
Repeating the same step on this YouTube short showed us a report published on 30 March 2025 by Serbian news outlet Srbija Danas, which included screenshots of the viral clip.
It said that it showed visuals of a raft capsizing on the river Vrbas in Bosnia. No injuries or casualties were reported.
This screenshot shows a translated version of the report.

Another report carrying the video of the incident, uploaded to Bosnian newspaper Nezavisne novine's YouTube channel, said that the mishap happened in the Bosnian town of Banja Luka.
In this clip, it could be seen that the people were able to flip the raft back in the right direction after the incident.
The organisation also published a text report, where it said that the video reportedly showed five members of a rafting club named "Buk".
Conclusion: A video showing a rafting mishap on Bosnia's Vrbas river is being shared to falsely claim that it shows visuals from Rishikesh in India.
