A video of Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi addressing people while standing on a bus is going viral on social media platforms with users linking it to the ongoing 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' in Bihar.
What did the viral post say?: An X (formerly Twitter) premium user shared the video with a caption that said, "People's leader Rahul Gandhi ji climbed onto the roof of the bus. #RahulGandhi. Adhikar Yatra."
How did we find that out?: A simple Google Lens search directed us to a similar visual published in a report by Northeast Now.
The report said that Gandhi addressed a huge crowd of students outside the USTM University campus in Guwahati.
His scheduled interaction with the university students was allegedly cancelled after Assam Chief Minister Office and Union Home Ministry intervened.
The report was published on 23 January 2024.

Other sources: Team WebQoof found the glimpses of the interaction published on the official YouTube channel of Rahul Gandhi.
The visuals were from January 2024 and were recorded during the Congress' Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra.

Conclusion: Evidently, the video is old and is unrelated to the ongoing yatra in Bihar.
